Vistas Awarded Michelin Star

Vistas has been awarded its first Michelin star. Led by Executive Chef, Rui Silvestre, the entire team has worked tirelessly to ensure Vistas offers an extraordinary experience which includes the regions very finest cuisine. In confirming the award, the Michelin judges praised Vistas as “a kitchen of great finesse and balance. Using top-quality ingredients, dishes with distinct flavours are carefully prepared to a consistently high standard.” Extensive renovation work continues over the coming months, and we look forward to re-opening in March 2020 with a greatly improved kitchen area alongside a new dedicated chef’s table. .
